We want you to be happy with your Brooke LauRen purchase. Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.• Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom, personalized, made-to-measure, and specially altered orders are final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Please review all measurements, colors, materials, and design details carefully before approving your custom order.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Sale, clearance, gift-card, and final-sale purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To request an eligible return, please contact us through our website before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

PREORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Brooke LauRen items are available by preorder only and are not ready to ship immediately. Each order enters production after the preorder is confirmed.

PRODUCTION TIME

The estimated production timeframe will be listed on the product page. Production time is separate from shipping time and begins after your order and payment have been confirmed.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Please verify all names, spelling, sizes, measurements, colors, and customization details before placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has begun.

SHIPPING

Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped to the address entered during checkout. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
